RETURNS

In the event that your package arrives damaged or you believe that its contents may be damaged, it is important that you inform us of the incident by email to the following address dalboroque@gmail.comthe fastest possible delivery time is within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.

DALBOROQUE will only accept returns that meet the following requirements:

  1. The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must retain, as far as possible, its original packaging and labeling.
  2. The shipment must be made using the same box or envelope that we have sent you, or, if not in any similar format that guarantees the return in perfect condition.
  3. A copy of the delivery note must be included in the package, where the returned products are also marked.

In accordance with current legislation (Article 103 of Legislative Royal Decree 1/2007, of November 16, 2007), the foregoing does not apply, among other cases, to:

1. Goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly, products that have been opened and/or partially consumed.

2. Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.

3. Goods that after delivery and taking into account their nature have been mixed with other products.


The customer can cancel his/her order before shipment, or designate another address nearby (neighboring), if he/she foresees that he/she will not be at the address where he/she expects to receive the goods.

 

Returns

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or non-received refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, first double-check your bank account. Then contact your credit card issuer.

Then contact your bank. It often takes some time before the refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items will be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Changes

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at dalboroque@gmail.com. and send your item to: C/Gregorio López, 3 Guadalupe 10140 (Cáceres).

Return shipment

To return your product, you must send it by mail to C/Gregorio López, 3 Guadalupe 10140 (Cáceres).

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping charges to return your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you can use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
